Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding select remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch) – automatically applied to orders over $50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art. If any piece doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined returns process.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be included

Important: For hygiene reasons, items from our Swimwear collection and all Objects are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use our template below for efficient processing.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Include the RMA number clearly on the package exterior. Items should be in their original protective wrapping.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send via trackable shipping to:

Exchange Process:

Follow the same process as returns, specifying in your email:

  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • Your desired replacement item(s) from current collections
  • Any size or color preferences

We’ll process your exchange after receiving the original item(s). For price differences, our team will contact you to arrange payment or refund.

Refund Information:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
